A finalist in the Development of the Year – High-Density Residential category, Montague Markets & Residences sets a new standard in resident exclusive recreational amenity.
Both stages, Montague Residences and Ferry Residences, were highly popular with buyers and sold out in months despite the difficult economic climate caused by COVID-19.
The overwhelming success of the first stage, Montague Markets, led to the second stage, Ferry Residences, being fast-tracked months ahead of schedule and ultimately selling out in five months.
A showcase of function and form, the project represents a fusion of residential and retail while embracing the location’s attributes.
Montague Markets & Residences will be on show for the judges during upcoming site inspections in July ahead of winner announcements in September.
